What We Collect

When you use TagHelper, we collect:

• Account information (email, name) when you sign up
• GTM container data that you submit for auditing
• GA4 property data if you choose to connect your account
• Usage analytics (pages visited, features used)
• Payment information processed securely via Stripe

How We Use Your Data

• To perform audits and generate reports
• To calculate industry benchmarks (aggregated, anonymized)
• To improve our AI audit engine
• To send you audit results and product updates

What We Don't Do

• We never sell your data to third parties
• We never share your container data with other users
• We never access your analytics data beyond what's needed for audits
• We never store your Google OAuth credentials — we use short-lived tokens

Data Retention

Audit results are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Industry Benchmarks

We aggregate audit data across all users to generate industry benchmarks. This data is fully anonymized — no individual container or business can be identified from benchmark data.
