1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TagHelper ("the Service"), operated by MetricMaven ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TagHelper provides AI-powered auditing and analysis of Google Tag Manager containers, Google Analytics 4 properties, and related digital analytics implementations. The Service includes automated scoring, issue detection, and recommendations for improvement.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data Access and Privacy

When you connect your GTM or GA4 accounts, we access your data solely to perform audits. We do not sell, share, or use your analytics data for any purpose other than providing the Service. Audit results are stored securely and are accessible only to you and anyone you explicitly share them with.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

6. Limitation of Liability

TagHelper provides recommendations based on automated analysis. We are not liable for any damages resulting from actions taken based on our audit results. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
