By accessing or using TagHelper ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TagHelper provides AI-powered analysis of Google Tag Manager containers. The Service analyzes your GTM implementation and provides recommendations for improvement. Results are generated using artificial intelligence and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your information up to date.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by MetricMaven (operating as TagHelper) and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Audit recommendations are generated by AI and may not be suitable for all situations.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MetricMaven be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
